Disclosure: All Products are subject to additional fees applies as needed for rush orders. Job completion and information may be withheld and a lock my be put on your account until billing is paid in full; these are included but not limited to, photos, keys, lockbox codes, liens and more. A distance fee of $30 will be charged for every job that cannot be completed due to customer error including but not limited to no-show appointments, or lack of necessary information such as incorrect lockbox or door codes, all estimations will be rounded up. Jobs which require purchasing of specific materials, rush fees will not be included in the distance fee but will be added. Time sensitive jobs such as house sitting will incur the full price of the time used; all estimations will be rounded up. Prices are subject to change on the spot if there are extra requirements during the job for it to be completed. If additional pricing is required the person on site will attempt to contact the customer.
