Disclosure: All Products are subject to additional fees applies as needed for rush orders. Job completion and information may be withheld, and a lock may be put on your account until billing is paid in full; these are included but not limited to, photos, keys, lockbox codes and/or more. A distance fee of $30 will be charged for every job that cannot be completed due to the fault of the serviceing employee including but not limited to no-show appointments, or lack of necessary information such as incorrect lockbox or door codes. For any service that is time dependent all estimations will be rounded up. Time dependent jobs such as house sitting will incur the full price of the time used unless otherwise specified; all estimations will be rounded up. Prices are subject to change if there are extra requirements during the job for it to be completed. If additional fees are incurred the service worker on site will attempt to contact the customer.
 
Distance Fee: A job might be subject to a distance fee if it requires traveling outside of Detroit. Call us for any questions about pricing.
